Two steps to simplify sublethally damaged salmonella detection.
Salmosyst® saves time and effort, because only the non-selective, preliminary enrichment medium has to be prepared.
Rambach® Agar offers 99% specificity and 97-99 % sensitivity in identifying Salmonella.
Only a normal incubation time of 24 hours is needed and the colonies are cleared colored for simple identification.
Diasalm is a semi-solid selective motility medium for the detection of Salmonella. Diasalm allows the Salmonella to migrate through the agar medium therefore forming a specific migration zone. Colonies and the migration zones are colored purple as a result of a color change from green to purple. Diasalm allows, due to it's diagnostic features, a reliable presumptive presence / absence testing of foodstuffs in one day after pre-enrichment.
