1. Moisten the reaction zone of an Anaerotest® strip (Cat. No. 1.13675) with water. |

2. Stick the Anaerotest® strip onto the lid of one of the inoculated Petri dishes (the reaction zone must point downwards and hang freely in the open space). |

3. Place the Anaerocult® A mini sachet into a special incubation bag. |

4. Moisten the Anaerocult® A mini sachet with 8.0ml of water. |

5. Place the Petri dish(es) immediately into the special incubation bag and close with Anaeroclip® (Cat. No. 14255) or seal with an ordinary plastic heat sealer. (It is advisable to seal with a double seal.) The bag must be sealed closed approximately 2 cm from the opening. |
