Preparation
Suspend 30 g/liter, if necessary dispense into smaller vessels, autoclave (15 min at 121 °C).
pH: 5.6 ± 0.2 at 25 °C.
The plates are clear and yellowish-brown.

Experimental Procedure and Evaluation
Depend on the purpose for which the culture medium is used.
Incubation: up to 7 days at 28 °C aerobically.
