Experimental Procedure

The lyophilisate is dissolved in the original vial by adding about
1 ml of sterile distilled water.
In the preparation of CT-SMAC Agar, the dissolved content of
1 vial is evenly mixed into 500 ml of sterile, still liquid medium (Cat. No. 1.09207.) cooled to 45-50°C.
