A valid e-mail address is required to participate in the BMI Program. Customers
outside the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico are not eligible to receive prizes. |
| 2. |
Before you can participate in the BMI Agent Rewards Program, you must first
register as an agent in the BMI Program. |
| 3. |
Go to the EMD website www.emdchemicals.com/bmi
and click on the "Register to be an Agent" button and proceed to the
BMI Agent Registration form. |
| 4. |
You must complete all the required fields on the BMI Agent Registration
completely to assure proper credit for your BMI Agents Rewards point
entries. |
| 5. |
After submitting the BMI Agent registration, your Agent number will
be automatically assigned and will appear on the next screen. You are
now ready to log in and participate in the BMI Rewards Program. |
| 6. |
Each EMD Chemicals Inc. media container is affixed with a gold sticker
that contains a unique number which identifies the container. Each
container is worth a specific number of Agent Rewards Points based
on size.
The point values for each container size are as follows:

Locate the sticker on your media package, then go to the EMD Chemicals
web site www.emdchemicals.com/bmi and log into the BMI Rewards Program.
You will now be on your personalized "BMI Agents Rewards, Enter Sticker
Numbers" page. |

Enter all of the required information, the sticker number and product
part number (i.e., 1.05458.0500), followed by the Lot Number
(i.e., VM187759251) located on the product label.

Each unique sticker number can only be entered once and all submissions
are subject to verification. |
| 10. |
Once you have completed the entries, click on the Submit button. |
| 11. |
Your BMI Rewards point totals will accumulate with each entry. The current
point totals will show in the upper left side of the page. |
| 12. |
You can redeem BMI Agent Rewards Points for BMI collectibles located on
the BMI Redeem My Points page. Availability of collectible items
and BMI awards prizes are subject to change at the discretion of
EMD Chemicals. |
| 13. |
To redeem your points, simply log into the BMI Agents Rewards page and
click on the Redeem My Points link. |
| 14. |
Choose the quantity of each product(s) from the list of offerings and click
on the submit button. |
| 15. |
You will receive your reward(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
EMD Chemical Inc. pays for all shipping and handling. |
| 16. |
The rules and terms of the BMI program are subject to change at the
discretion of EMD Chemicals. |
| 17. |
This program may be terminated any time at EMD's sole discretion. |
