additional positive confirmation of E. coli. Until now, the most commonly used method
to test for E. coli was based on an ONPG-MUG assay, which necessitated the use
of a color Comparator to interpret initial results. With the Readycult test, the color change
from yellow to blue-green is an easy-to-read, definitive positive result. With the
optional 30-second indole reaction, you have an accurate method for positive confirmation
of E. coli. With this additional indole test you are protected two ways: Against
false negatives because a lack of fluorescence doesn't always indicate absence of E. coli
and against false positives because other species of bacteria can fluoresce.

After receiving this completed form, an EMD Representative will contact you to
set up a 12 month purchase agreement for Readycult Coliforms 100 and to discuss
the details of the program. A signed purchase agreement for a minimum 12 month usage of
Readycult Coliforms Test is required to receive the benefits of this offer. Your
EMD Representative will work with you to establish a competitive price and offer
options for free bottles.
In addition to the free bottles, EMD Chemicals will help you offset the cost of
certification for the Readycult Coliforms Test. Included in this offer are enough
free bottles and Readycult Coliforms 100 to perform your lab's performance requirements
