Biotinylated derivative of Caspase-3 inhibitor II (Cat. No. 264155) that has been esterified to increase cell permeability. Also inhibits caspase-6, caspase-7, and caspase-10. Can be used to purify caspase-3 from cell lysates. The addition of esterase will enhance inhibitory activity in cell-free systems.
