Recombinant, rabbit glycogen synthase kinase 3β expressed in E. coli. Dual specificity kinase. One of several protein kinases that phosphorylates glycogen synthase. Other substrates include p90rsk, Tau, c-Jun, and CREB. Plays a key role in Wnt and insulin signaling.
Note: 1 KU = 1000 units.
