The WideScreen™ Reagent Kit contains the common reagents necessary for all WideScreen® bead-based immunoassays, including wash buffer and assay diluent concentrates, a 96-well filter plate, a plate sealer, and a streptavidin-phycoerythrin solution that is used as the final detection step. The kit components are sufficient to perform 96 singleplex or multiplex bead-based tests.
