The WideScreen™ Human Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Panel 3 is a pre-mixed multiplex bead kit of quantitative antibody-based assays for simultaneous detection of six human proteins associated with cardiovascular diseases: E-selectin, P-selectin, ICAM-1, leptin, osteopontin and sRAGE. The kit includes all the reagents and buffers needed to analyze the above proteins in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants using the Luminex® xMAP® System.
The WideScreen Human CVD Panel 3 uses the same reagents and technologies developed by Rules Based Medicine for the use in their industry-leading biomarker testing service along with the expertise of Novagen in commercializing and supporting high value products.
