Anti-p150, Phospho-Specific (Tyr²45), Anti-Abl1, Phospho-Specific (Tyr²45), Anti-c-Abl, Phospho-Specific (Tyr²45)
Recognizes the ~135 kDa c-Abl protein phosphorylated at Tyr245 in HEK293 cells over-expressing constitutively active c-Abl. Also recognizes the ~210 kDa BCR-Abl protein phosphorylated at Tyr245 in K562 cells.
