Detection of mouse epidermal growth factor receptor, phosphorylated at Tyr 992, by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from serum-starved (30 h) NIH3T3 cells stimulated with EGF (30 ng/ml, 10 min; lanes 2, 4, 6) or left unstimulated (lanes 1, 3, 5). Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (pTyr992) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. ST1007) pre-incubated without peptide (lanes 1, 2), with phosphopeptide immunogen (lanes 3, 4), or with non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphopeptide immunogen (lanes 5, 6) (0.5 µg/ml). Detection: chemiluminescence.
